At Earth Aid Organics, we provide a range of services, including aerated compost tea fertilizations, solid organic compost blends, landscape designs, landscape installations, garden consultations, and garden installations.
Payment and purchases can be made in person with cash or check, or conveniently online via a QuickBooks invoice due on receipt. Our pricing varies based on the offer and square footage, clearly detailed on earthaidorganics.com. As a token of appreciation, we offer a 10% discount to customers signing up for a 1-year organic fertilization service.
To schedule a consultation for an On-Site evaluation, visit earthaidorganics.com. We require your name, number, home address, and email address to book a consultation.
Our products are delivered personally by Earth Aid Organics and typically reach customers within a week of order placement.
We respect your privacy, and customer data is only utilized for company purposes and will not be sold online to third parties.
All images, content, and designs on this website are owned by Earth Aid Organics, LLC.
Customers bear responsibility for weed growth in the first 1-2 years of service, with the understanding that weeds will eventually die off. Additionally, customers are accountable for dead plant material if they do not follow provided instructions. Blatant neglect will result in non-refundable products. Customers are not permitted to use synthetic lawn/garden products during their organic fertilization services.

When it comes to returns and refunds, please note that there are no refunds for services rendered or contracts signed. Refunds for landscape/gardenscape products will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, considering the circumstances surrounding the product's demise. No refund will be granted for products that died due to customer neglect, acts of nature, or have been in the ground for over 90 days.
Customers agree to pay for services rendered with the understanding that this payment may not be refunded. Exceptions include faulty, diseased, or damaged products, for which refunds may be applicable.
Customers can initiate a return by calling 940-594-1985 to schedule an evaluation or by emailing product photos to earthaidorganics@gmail.com with the expectation that further investigation might still be required. If product qualifies for a refund, customer will be refunded the full amount for the product in question or can request a replacement product of equal or lesser value.
